1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Calorie Tracker LINE Bot and associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Calorie Tracker is an AI-powered service delivered via LINE that estimates nutritional information from food photos and text inputs. It provides tracking, virtual pet features, and automated coaching.

3. AI Estimation Disclaimer

Important: The nutritional information and calorie counts provided by our AI are estimates only and should not be considered professional medical or nutritional advice. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of food recognition or calorie estimations. Please consult with a qualified healthcare provider or nutritionist before making any significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

We offer premium features via a subscription model (Pro Plan) processed securely through Stripe.

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page in the Calorie Tracker Web App.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

5. Refund & Dispute Policy

We do not offer refunds for partial months of service. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact our support team at chaipat.asa@gmail.com to open a dispute.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to submitting inappropriate images, attempting to reverse engineer the AI, or using the service for any illegal activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Calorie Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
